Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026. This policy explains how ArchTx uses cookies and similar browser storage.

What Cookies Do

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser storage mechanism. ArchTx uses them to keep the platform secure, remember your choices, support sessions, and improve reliability.

The cookie consent banner appears on first visit and records your choice in localStorage under cookie-consent and in a browser cookie with the same name.

Categories

Always active

Essential

Required for login, authentication, security, load balancing, checkout, consent storage, and core platform workflows.

Examples: access_token, refresh_token, cookie-consent

Optional

Analytics

Used to understand aggregate usage, page performance, product reliability, and navigation patterns.

Examples: Anonymous analytics identifiers when enabled

Optional

Marketing

Used for campaign measurement or promotional attribution only when enabled. ArchTx does not use retargeting cookies by default.

Examples: Campaign attribution cookies when a campaign requires them

How To Opt Out

  • Select Essential Only in the cookie banner to decline optional analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Clear the cookie-consent localStorage entry and cookie in your browser to show the banner again.
  • Use browser controls to block or delete cookies for this site.
  • Enable browser privacy features such as Do Not Track where available.
  • Email dpo@archt.co.ke for privacy questions.

Changes

We may update this policy when our cookie use changes. Essential cookies remain active because the platform cannot operate securely without them.
